Great Facility and a great group of staff members that know their stuff. If you haven't heard or tried ARX you can experience it here. They also have an wonderful Wellness and Recovery Room!
Not your typical private studio gym. It is the size of a warehouse. I go here mainly for the Infrared sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. They also offer physical therapy and private workout sessions. I like the fact that they have multiple stations so Im not waiting for a sauna. Showers are also a plus. Met Watus and his wonderful wife years ago at a charity event they were hosting. Down to earth people. Years later they found out I was going thru cancer treatment and offered their facilities. It has been a blessing as I battle/recover. Not mention the positive attitude that Watus eludes who was also a trainer for the U of A football team. Salt of the earth people.
Watus is patient, encouraging & methodical in his training. It is apparent he enjoys people & takes seriously his job to challenge clients to greater health & success. Unfair Advantage is a gym for average people to pursue fitness & athletes who aim to excel. Highly recommend.
My training in Functional Patterns with Dan has been phenomenal although very difficult and challenging. Dan’s encouragement keeps me coming back as I see changes happening in my body! My goal is to be pain free and strong enough to hike with my grandchildren!! Highly recommend Unfair Advantage Gym!!

Unfair Advantage is one of the coolest training facilities I’ve been to. The recovery room is what dreams are made of - I was like a kid in a candy store using all the fun toys! You need to come see for yourself - you will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Unfair Advantage Performance has been crucial in my recovery from training. At 50 and still very active, the sauna, cold plunge, and hyper-dissolved oxygen hot tub have been game-changers. Great facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
