BOOK NOW - Prior to starting your training program, we must first take a look at how your body is aligned and how it moves in relation to that alignment.
We do this both, statically (through a series of 4 photos) and dynamically with a slow motion gait analysis.
We will use this time to show how and why we can help you have an Unfair Advantage by building on your strengths and diminishing the areas that are lacking strength and tensegrity.
BOOK NOW - 60 min 1 on 1 functional movement training
BOOK NOW - We start by doing a search for trigger points, possible inflammation and/or tissue damage and possible origin or possible source of pain and dysfunction. Then we look to train your neuromuscular system to enhance the neuromuscular connection and correct the dysfunction biomechanically.
