Welcome to Unfair Advantage Performance + Wellness ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including personal training, recovery services, and our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We offer personal training in a semi-private setting and various recovery services, including but not limited to:

-1 on 1 Training

- Semi-Private Training

- ARX Training

- Infrared Sauna

- Cold Plunge

- Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)

- Compression Therapy

2. Appointments and Cancellations

- Booking: Appointments for all services must be booked in advance through our website, app, or by contacting us directly.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to the full session cost.

- No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

3. Payment

- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic payments.

- Payment Terms:  Payment for services is due at the time of booking. For packages or memberships, payment terms will be specified in the respective agreement.

- Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available, except in cases of service cancellation by us or as required by law.

4. Health and Safety

- Health Conditions: Clients must inform us of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect their participation in our services.

- Waiver of Liability: By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in physical activities and wellness treatments. Clients agree to release and hold harmless Unfair Advantage Performance + Wellness, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages arising from participation in our services.

- Hygiene and Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene and conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these standards.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

- Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. This may include contact details, health information, and payment information.

- Data Use: Personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

- Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Changes to Services and Terms

- Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.

- Terms Updates: We may update these Terms periodically. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
